Why Testing Matters
Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Many oral care products on the market may contain harmful contaminants that go unnoticed. To ensure that every product we offer is safe for you and your family, we conduct thorough testing for:
- Heavy Metals: Trace metals like lead and mercury can often be present in raw materials as they exist in our natural environment. To ensure that our products meet (and exceed!) all FDA and EU regulations, we send all new products for testing.
- PFAs: This has been a growing sector of testing and has been receiving more attention over the past few years. Because PFAs is found worldwide, we test our products to ensure any levels are zero and/or non-detectable.
- Mold & Microbial Contaminants: We screen for mold, yeast, e.coli, salmonella, and other harmful bacteria to guarantee product purity.
- Additional Contaminants: We continuously review industry best practices to test for any emerging concerns.
