Dr. Cole received his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1993 and practiced biological dentistry for 28 years in Austin, TX. He became ozone certified in 2006 and received both his Board Certification in Naturopathic Medicine and his degree in Integrative Biological Dental Medicine in 2010 from the School of Integrative Biological Dental Medicine (ACIMD).

Dr. Cole received his Mastership in the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology in 2013 and drafted the Academy’s Fluoridation Brochure and the official Scientific Review on Ozone use in root canal therapy. He is a past President of the IAOMT and serves on the Board of
Directors, the Mentor Committee, the Fluoride Committee, the Conference Committee (as Chairman) and is the Fundamentals Course Director.

He has been featured on numerous radio and television programs including World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer. He has been published in numerous national peer reviewed publications for his restorative and cosmetic dentistry and in 2013 became the first dentist to be published in a peer reviewed journal for his case study treatment of Bisphosphonate-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw utilizing ozone therapy for successful treatment of this disease. He was recently published in Public Health Challenges for his co-authored study on the true costs related to water fluoridation. Dr. Cole is considered one of the current fluoride experts in the country and has lectured and testified before numerous US councils and legislatures. He lectures to health professionals on practice management and biological dentistry and is the Co-founder and President of the Center for Advanced Dental Disciplines.

Dr. Eric J. Roman has served the dental industry as both a clinician and an executive leader.  After obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Roman pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry and later achieved the coveted Fellowship status from the Academy of General Dentistry. This designation is earned by less than 2% of practicing dentists over a career, and Dr. Roman achieved it in the minimum number of years possible. Upon entering practice, he immediately began training dentists and growing his multi-location dental group.   

Clinically, his principles of care focused on how dental providers can be the best partners to their patients, respecting the consumer’s wishes in the healthcare journey. Since exiting practice and executive leadership in 2019, Dr. Roman has focused on coaching and thought-leadership.

Dr. Dassani received her initial training from the University of Mumbai, India, where she graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). She established and operated her own practice in Mumbai, India, for six years before moving to the United States, where she earned her DMD at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dassani relocated to Houston and practiced dentistry as an associate before she opened Dassani Dentistry in 2011.

Dr. Dassani’s commitment to continuing education has expanded her catalog of dental procedures, including placement and restoration of dental implants, aesthetic dentistry, treatment of TMJ/TMD dysfunction, and – most notably – sleep apnea treatment for adults and children.

Dr. Trovato is a 2009 graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a Pre-Bio concentration. Anthony was awarded Outstanding Nutrition Program Graduate. Between his undergraduate and graduate studies, Anthony earned a license in Massage Therapy from Cortiva in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, in 2010. He obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition through the New York Chiropractic College in 2012.  In 2016, he completed his second Bachelors degree in Health Sciences from Quantum University and went on to earn a Masters in Natural Medicine in 2017 from the same university.  Three years and a 130-page dissertation later, Anthony earned a Doctorate and PhD in Natural Medicine in 2020.  The dissertation was written on oral health, specifically how to prevent and reverse decay.

He has been the on-site nutritionist and biologic dental assistant at Meetinghouse Dental Care since 2003. He travels almost monthly with Dr. Louis Trovato, attending continuing education seminars all over the U.S. on alternative medicine, full-body wellness, biologic dentistry, and advanced nutrition.

Jama Lambert is a semi-retired educator and functional medicine writer.  She retired as Vice President of Education for a clinical/research laboratory role.  Ms Lambert has lectured internationally at scientific congresses, medical symposiums, and patient fairs.  Her work has been published in several peer-reviewed publications, medical book chapters, and conference abstracts.  She is the author of two books, Gluten 101: A Patient's Survival Guide and Gluten 101: What You Need to Know About the Immunology of Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity.

She specializes in science-based educational opportunities for healthcare practitioners, as well as internal staff, through the use of print, web-based video programming, and live lectures. She has completed many professional writing projects related to biomechanisms of environmentally induced immune disorders (autism, chronic fatigue, gluten reactivity, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, etc.) Her specialties include Scientific and creative writing, ability to condense complex scientific terms into understandable concepts, lecture abstracts, and research publications.
