When my dentist told me I needed to floss or lose my teeth I took notice. They used Glide floss and it was very comfortable. My next visit they told me I was doing well, but the hygienist still needed to tear up my gums and floss at the end.

Then I learned that glide has Teflon and I was putting heavy metals into my blood should I strike the gum improperly which is common when flossing. I was poisoning myself!

Then I found y'all and tried the floss for free. It has a texture to it that seems to be taking the gunk off my teeth and gums. Instead of gliding, it is cleaning. Paired with your toothpaste, I feel like I am doing the best I can for my teeth.

One thing that bugs me is that I have two places where my teeth are very tight and I always break the floss. Glide was stronger and less effective. This is effective and I use more.
