Well it not only sanitize but I had some little splits on the tips of my fingers and they healed up. My hands are in water so. My fingers take a beating. I have been trying to heal them and nothing seem to work. This is the best. My husband and I take it with us anywhere we go. Thank you for a great product that is also safe.
