After our co-founder Katie Wells had her first child, she got sick -- and it launched her into a years-long journey to figure out what was wrong with her and how to get better.
Pulling from her journalism and nutrition background (and her experience writing for her blog Wellness Mama), Katie spent thousands of hours reading studies and researching ingredients.
